Policy of visually impaired people with guide dogs at hotels

A guest who is accompanied by a guide dog with a working permit issued by MPS (Ministry of Public Security) or CDPF (China Disabled Persons’ Federation) and Animal Health Certificate or IGDF (International Guide Dog Federation) will be allowed access to premises that are open to the public unless otherwise excluded by law. “No pet” policies do not apply to guide dogs when they are working with permit and certificates listed above.

If guide dog working with a guest with a disability without working permit or certificate, the Hotel will offer alternative methods to enable access to goods and services, when possible (for example, securing the animal in a safe location and offering the guidance and assistance from hotel staff).

Food Service Areas:

A guest who is accompanied by a guide dog or service dog will be allowed access to food service areas that open to the public unless otherwise excluded by law.

The guest who is accompanied by a guide dog is responsible for maintaining care and control of the animal at all times.

Green hotel action proposal

The hotel will no longer voluntarily offer disposable items.

We are always actively participating in green action of Green Hotel standards.

To upgrade to be more environmental friendly, we introduce new equipment and improve the existing facilities every year.

We advocate water conservation and reduction of guest supplies.
